The Seahawks traded LB Jerome Baker and a fourth-round draft pick to the Titans in exchange for LB Ernest Jones IV. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Baker had recorded 30 tackles for Seattle so far this season. He'll hold a similar role with the Titans defense.
