Downs carried a questionable designation into Sunday’s contest, but cleared through pregame activities without any setbacks, joining Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce for a Colts offense also getting starting quarterback Anthony Richardson back against a tough Miami secondary Sunday.
