Fantasy Impact:
Downs missed Wednesday's practice due to a toe injury, but he was able to return and log a limited practice session on Thursday. It looks like he's trending the right way for Sunday's game, but his fantasy value is set to decrease with Anthony Richardson (oblique) reclaiming the starting job for the Colts this week.
