Fantasy Impact:
Surtain has been ruled out for Thursday night's game. He's currently in the NFL's concussion protocols, and it's no surprise that he wasn't able to clear them coming off of a short week. This is a better week for him to miss than others, as the Saints will be without their top two wide receivers in Week 7.
