"I know Calvin Ridley wants to help us win," Callahan said. "I love his drive. We have to find ways to get him involved, so he can help us win." After starting out the season strong, Ridley has caught two combined passes across his past three games including catching none of his eight targets this past Sunday. Ridley can be left out of starting lineups for now.
