The Cardinals have ruled out Marvin Harrison Jr. for the remainder of the game with a concussion. (Adam Schefter on Twitter )

Harrison was injured after hitting his helmet on a defender's leg late in the first half. He will have an extra day to attempt to clear concussion protocol with the Cardinals playing on Monday in Week 7.
