Meyers will not suit up for the Raiders after carrying a doubtful designation into Sunday’s contest, with rookie tight end Brock Bowers likely to be targeted heavily while wideouts Tre Tucker, Kristian Wilkerson, and DJ Turner operate as the top options on the outside for quarterback Aidan O’Connell against the Steelers Sunday.
