Fantasy Impact:
Gardner Minshew won the QB competition in the preseason and has been the starter for Las Vegas all season, but he got benched in Week 5 and will be replaced by O'Connell for the foreseeable future. It's hard to say whether or not he will be an upgrade, but this could be good for players like Jakobi Meyers and Brock Bowers if the 26-year old is able to offer more consistency to the offense.
