Fantasy Impact:
Garrett sat out of Wednesday's practice because of an Achilles injury, but he returned to practice on Thursday and was a limited participant. The expectation is that he will be good to go for Sunday's game, which is great news for the Browns for their tough matchup against Washington's red-hot offense.
