Fantasy Impact:
Hines-Allen missed Wednesday's practice due to a concussion, but he was able to return in a limited fashion on Thursday. It's possible that he will get cleared to play in time for Sunday's game, which would be great news for Jacksonville's defense in a divisional matchup against the Colts.
