Duggar wasn't seen during the open portion of New England's practice on Wednesday and is now officially listed as a non-participant. He's dealing with an ankle injury right now, and if he's unable to play in Week 5, that will mean bad things for New England's defense in what should be a favorable matchup against the Dolphins.
