Hines-Allen is currently in the NFL's concussion protocols and didn't practice on Wednesday. The team doesn't know if he will be cleared to play in time for Week 5, and he seems to have a true 50/50 shot of playing in that game. He is the cornerstone of Jacksonville's defense, so his absence would be significant in a divisional matchup against the Colts.
