Fantasy Impact:
Patterson suffered an ankle injury during Week 4's loss to the Colts and wasn't able to practice because of it on Wednesday. He's day-to-day for the time being, and it's unclear if the team expects him to play in Sunday's game or not. Najee Harris should see a large workload in Week 5 with Patterson and Jaylen Warren (knee) both banged up for Pittsburgh.
