T.J. Hockenson to practice Friday, could return by Week 7

Minnesota Vikings TE T.J. Hockenson will have his 21-day window opened this week and is expected to practice on Friday. He could potentially return as early as Oct. 20. (Andrew Krammer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hockenson has been out due to a torn ACL and MCL he suffered in Week 16 of 2023 on Dec. 24; Minnesota has a bye in Week 6, setting the stage for him to potentially return to practice before Week 5, rest in Week 6, and return in Week 7. They play the Detroit Lions, Hockenson's former team, out of the bye, and with the Vikings firing on all cylinders offensively, the former first-round TE could benefit if he is healthy and moving well following his multi-ligament injury.
