by Jordan Epp | Chiefs Correspondent | Tue, Oct 1st 2:42am EDT

Kansas City Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who was placed on the non-football illness (NFI) list, is set to return t practice after missing the first four games of the season. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Edwards-Helaire had been working through PTSD, getting some time away from football to focus on himself and his health. Now that he is eligible to return to action from the NFI, he is anticipated to return to practice ahead of Week 5. It remains to be seen whether or not he is fit, mentally or physically, for real-game action, but if he is ready to play again, he will be competing with a trio of RBs for reps (Samaje Perine, Kareem Hunt and Carson Steele) with Isiah Pacheco out.
