Fantasy Impact:
Williams was absent from practice on Wednesday thanks to an illness, but he has recovered from it and was back at practice in a full capacity on Thursday. He is a crucial part of San Francisco's offense, so his presence is good for the fantasy value of Brock Purdy and Jordan Mason in Week 4.
