Fantasy Impact:
Collins is a new addition to Houston's injury report. He's being listed with a hamstring injury of some kind that left him limited on Thursday, but we don't know much about the severity of it at this point. Tank Dell (chest) has been sidelined from both practices so far this week, so fantasy managers should keep a close eye on what Houston's wide receiver room looks like for Week 4 against the Jaguars.
