Fantasy Impact:
Chase was officially a full participant at Thursday's practice. There was some concern after he was added to the injury report with a shoulder injury on Wednesday, but it appears to be nothing more than a minor issue. Fantasy managers should feel confident playing him as an elite WR1 in a favorable matchup against the Panthers in Week 4.
