Wilson previously carried no injury designation for Week 4, but he was added to the team's injury report on Thursday and was limited at practice because of an ankle injury. If he plays on Sunday, he will be in line for more work with A.T. Perry (hamstring) trending towards not suiting up for New Orleans.
