Fantasy Impact:
Brooks has been on the NFI list for the entire season so far. He has been recovering from a torn ACL that he suffered in his last year of college, but according to HC Dave Canales, the rookie is in the 'final stages' of his return to play, which means that we may see him on the field sooner rather than later. He was a highly touted prospect coming out of college and could be a strong fantasy contributor when he takes the field, especially if Carolina's offense can continue to play at a respectable level.
