Andy Dalton completed 26-of-37 passes for 319 yards and three touchdowns in his 2024 debut against the Raiders, leading Carolina over Vegas 36-22.
Fantasy Impact:
Dalton is exactly the spark the Panthers needed to get the offense rolling. After looking downright anemic with Bryce Young under center, Dalton showed the potential the Panthers offense possesses with the talent they have. His performance led Chuba Hubbard and Diontae Johnson to have big days, as well as getting Adam Thielen a touchdown and Xavier Legette a couple of catches. While the move was criticized, it looks to be the right one for Carolina as a franchise, and fantasy managers can rejoice with the hope that there is more to come.
