Steelers rookie WR Roman Wilson (ankle) has been listed among the team's inactives for a third straight week, pushing his NFL debut back once more. (Pittsburgh Steelers on Twitter)

Wilson was a full participant in practice on both Thursday and Friday and was even off the injury report going into this week's game. A bit of a surprise inactive here.
