Fantasy Impact:
Wiggins wasn't able to play in Week 2 because of a neck injury that he was dealing with, and that same issue will leave him questionable to play in Sunday's game as well. The rookie showed some promise in his NFL debut in Week 1, and it would be valuable for Baltimore's defense to have him in a tough matchup against the Cowboys in Week 3.
