Fantasy Impact:
Downs has yet to make his season debut because of an ankle injury that he suffered in the preseason, but he is now off of the injury report and has been cleared to play in Week 3. Fantasy managers shouldn't be starting him unless Michael Pittman Jr. (back/calf) is ruled out ahead of game time.
