Palmer will be questionable heading into the weekend. He's dealing with a pair of injuries right now, and the team won't know if he's well enough to play until sometime closer to kickoff. Quentin Johnston and rookie Ladd McConkey will both get more work if Palmer is unable to play against Pittsburgh.
