As expected, Brown was not able to practice for the Eagles at all on Thursday. He's still dealing with a hamstring injury, and it looks like he still needs more time before he's ready to take the field. He's trending towards not playing in Week 3, which will lead to more work for Devonta Smith and Saquon Barkley in a matchup against the Saints.
