Braelon Allen punches in pair of TDs in road win

by Jordan Epp | Jets Correspondent | Mon, Sep 16th 9:56am EDT

New York Jets RB Braelon Allen recorded the first two touchdowns of his NFL career with a rushing and receiving score (youngest player to ever do so in the same game) on nine total touches for 56 yards.

Fantasy Impact:

Allen saw just an 18% snap share in Week 1, giving him just two touches in the process. However, he saw extra time in Week 2, and he capitalized on relatively limited opportunities with his first career TD and multi-TD effort. Allen likely won't pose a threat to RB1 Breece Hall's bottom line, but an Aaron Rodgers-led offense has supported multiple RBs in the past, so Allen's performance is worth monitoring.
