Justin Herbert throws two TD passes in Week 2

Justin Herbert completed 14-of-20 passes for 130 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception in the Chargers 26-3 rout of the Panthers. He also ran six times for 18 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Herbert was great from a real-life perspective, but heading into Sunday night football with two games still left in Week 2, he is the QB18 in fantasy. With the Chargers leaning on the run, it will be tough to start Herbert with any confidence. However, they have been ahead in their first two matchups and haven't needed his services. Once they play in more competitive games, his number may be called more often. For now, he's a streamer at best.
