Fantasy Impact:
Higgins is likely to miss a second straight game to open up the season. Joe Burrow will remain a bit more risky of a play for fantasy managers as we saw the Bengals offense struggle in Week 1 to open the season against New England. Andrei Iosivas didn't offer much to open the season, but he could be worth consideration in deeper leagues again this week.
