Smith finished second on the Dolphins in catches and receiving yardage while his seven targets tied him with De'Von Achane for the most on the team. It was an encouraging outing for Smith, who caught just one ball for seven yards in Week 1. That being said, fantasy gamers might want to wait for Smith to turn in another productive game before trusting him in starting lineups. Either way, Smith is a worth a waiver claim in deeper leagues heading into Week 3's matchup against the Seahawks.
