Bills DE Dawuane Smoot (toe) has officially been ruled out for Week 2. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Smoot was considered doubtful heading into the week after missing the season opener against the Cardinals. He will now focus on using the extra time in between games to return in Week 3 against Jacksonville.
