Fantasy Impact:
Bell was waived from Cleveland's roster less than a week ago, but they are now bringing him back on the team. They had several roster spots open up after placing four players on IR on Tuesday, and they're electing to use one of the open slots to bring back the young receiver, who can effectively play a depth role on this offense.
