Fantasy Impact:
Toney has been visiting with multiple teams over the past couple of weeks, but he will ultimately decide to sign with the Browns for the 2024 season. He will start on the practice squad, but as he continues to get eased in, he may land on the active roster. Cleveland's passing attack is already struggling to support the top guys on their depth chart, so it's unlikely that the 25-year old finds much fantasy success with them.
