Fantasy Impact:

Tight ends Tommy Tremble and Ian Thomas were ruled out for Week 1, so Franks was brought up to provide some tight end depth behind rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders, Jordan Matthews, and Messiah Swinson. Franks likely won't be fantasy-relevant in a matchup in which he is fourth on the depth chart.
