Fantasy Impact:
The Browns are looking into signing Toney and had him in for a tryout recently. We don't know much about how the workout went, and it remains to be seen if a deal will come to fruition for him anytime soon. Even if he ends up on a team, he probably won't be fantasy relevant at any point in 2024.
