Fantasy Impact:
The Browns recently activated Wills off of the PUP list, but he is not going to be well enough to play in Week 1. The Browns may also be missing Jack Conklin (knee), which would be a tough blow for them in what will be a tough matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
