Fantasy Impact:
Samuel has been dealing with turf toe, but appears to be ready to suit up for the Bills in Week 1. Considering Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis are no longer on the roster, Samuel should be able to carve out a considerable target share in a rebuilt wide receiver group.
