Reports have come out recently that Edwards-Helaire has been struggling with some mental health issues, and the team has put him on the non-football illness list for the time being to give him some time to recover. He will miss at least the first four games of the regular season this year, which will open the door for newly signed veteran Samaje Perine to see a lot of receiving work in Kansas City's offense.
