Fantasy Impact:
Cine was a first-round pick back in the 2022 draft, but the Vikings are now waiving him as part of their roster cuts prior to the start of the regular season. He is a candidate to get claimed on the waiver wire over the next few days, but if he doesn't land anywhere then, he will be a free agent and eligible to sign anywhere he wants.
