Fantasy Impact:
This move comes as a bit of a surprise, as Foreman was thought to be the short-yardage back for Cleveland with Nick Chubb set to miss the start of the season on the PUP list. The veteran running back should have a market as a free agent, and this move is great news for the fantasy value of Jerome Ford, who now only has to compete with Pierre Strong Jr. for touches early on in the season.
