Albert Okwuegbunam Jr. to be placed on IR

The Philadelphia Eagles are placing TE Albert Okwuegbunam on injured reserve after undergoing a core muscle repair. (Jeff McLane on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Okwuegbunam has a projected 6-8 week recovery timeline from the date of the procedure and will be eligible to return this season. He is expected to be the backup to Dallas Goedert when he is healthy.
