Peyton Hendershot traded to K.C. for conditional pick

The Kansas City Chiefs have traded for TE Peyton Hendershot from the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for a 2026 conditional seventh-round pick. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hendershot was initially expected to be cut by Dallas, but Kansas City swooped in to get Hendershot for cheap before he was made available on the waiver wire. The third-year TE has played in 25 games, starting three. He caught 15 passes for 141 yards in two years while with the Cowboys. Hendershot will see snaps as a depth TE on a K.C. offense that likes to utilize multi-TE sets.
