Austin Reed waived by Chicago ahead of deadline

Fantasy Impact:
Reed could still come back as the QB3 on the practice squad, but most teams are only going to carry two on their 53-man roster. With Caleb Williams and Tyson Bagent leading the way, Reed could return if he clears waivers. He completed 12 of his 16 pass attempts for 123 yards and one TD in the preseason.
