Fantasy Impact:
Toney had a disappointing 2023 campaign with the Chiefs, totaling just 27 receptions for 169 yards in his only full year with Kansas City. Toney's explosiveness makes him an intriguing option as a gadget player. Still, he will likely continue to be fantasy-irrelevant unless find a way to better capitalize on his raw talent.
