The #Panthers are waiving TE Feleipe Franks, per source. The onetime Florida and Arkansas QB is likely to land on the practice squad if he clears.

Fantasy Impact:

Franks got his start at TE in 2023 with the Atlanta Falcons, though he did not appear in any games after being dressed out for 20 (as a backup QB) between 2021-22. He did not crack Carolina's starting TE rotation, but he will have a chance to stay in the team's system behind a thin unit.
