BJ Thompson to begin season on NFI list

Fantasy Impact:
Thompson suffered a seizure and went into cardiac arrest during a meeting in June, causing him to be hospitalized. He is ineligible to play in the first four games of the season, but the Chiefs are optimistic that he will play this year.
