As the deadline approaches for teams to trim down to their 53-man rosters, some players who are too good to cut may be getting traded prior to Tuesday. Dameon Pierce could be one of those players, as he was out-shined by Devin Singletary last season in the Texans' zone-blocking system. Joe Mixon has returned to practice for Houston and Cam Akers has impressed, making Pierce's roster spot even less solidified. (NFL.com)
