The Carolina Panthers are placing TE Stephen Sullivan on the injured reserve as he deals with a quadriceps injury. (Darin Gantt, panthers.com)

Sullivan is entering his fifth NFL season and fourth in Carolina. The 27-year-old was a seventh-round pick in 2020 and has appeared in 29 games in his career, 28 with the Panthers. He will miss time, and the team is signing TE Curtis Hodges in his place.
