Bengals eyeing playing starters in first preseason game

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said the team is considering playing its starters in Week 1 of the preseason, though he said it is not "set in stone." (Kelsey Conway on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Bengals didn't play their starters in the preseason in 2023 under Zac Taylor. However, with Joe Burrow having been unable to play in the last couple of preseasons and the Bengals starting slowly the last couple of years, a change of philosophy could be underway. While it is not official that they will play, Taylor may let his first team play in the first game on Aug. 10, though it likely won't be more than a couple of drives.
