Fantasy Impact:
As expected, it looks like Palmer is going to be one of Los Angeles' starting receivers this year. He has been part of the first-team trio consistently this offseason, and barring anything unforeseen happening, he should have a starting spot pretty well locked in. It remains to be seen if that will lead to strong fantasy output from him, but either way he's a high-upside pick in the later rounds of fantasy drafts.
